Particle filtration and oil separation

Imagine a compact unit that will filtrate particles down to 30 µm and in the same process separate the leaking oil from your coolant. The patented technology in the Accustrip Central Plants has been adapted to the Accustrip AFU units and can be installed in productions where a central plant would be shooting birds with canons or in productions that requires special coolant for a special process. The AFU is designed to service one or two working centres simultaneously and will be configured to fit your requirements.

Optimize your performance

The AFU is a fully automatic unit that will increase the life time of your coolant, minimize the risk of bacterial growth and increase your up time in your production. The AFU can be delivered in two versions: The AFU 500 & AFU 1000 are designed to filtrate particles by means of a paper band filter unit and the AFU DN 100 & AFU DN 150 are designed to handle complex filtration requirements and includes an automatic filtration unit that enables filtration of particle sizes of 30 µm or smaller. Both versions includes the patented oil separation system and can supplied with a high pressure pump unit and 2 off additional feeding pumps. The AFU series have own PLC control system with interface to the working center and the buffer tank is fully insulated and can, as option be delivered with refrigeration unit and magnetic separator.
