Pre-splinter Protection for RECOJET

The protection prevents splinters to go into the exhaust fan. It is mainly placed when the exhaust fan is installed directly on the mashine. Consist of circular wire wool.

Consoles for Exhaust Fans from REVEN

Every mashine has a specific requirements for application of oil fog cleaners from REVEN. The most easier is installation directly up to a mashine. Where is enough just to cut hole out and put separator down. Next is possible to use "legs" or "bridges". Some application requires special consoles, which our company propose and install. Production provide the company from Brno, KOVO Klobás. We try to provide consoles in color of mashines or in color of separators.

Inlet Pipes

Inlet pipes are used for leding oil-fog, when filtration device is not installed right on the mashine. Pipes are specially developed for wotk in oil-environment. Easy to form. Range of operating temperature: from -30 to +140 °C. Pipes are reinforced with wire.

HEPA – Smoke Filter

Smoke filter top unit RAL 7035 for Recojet 1 with high efficiency submicron particulate air filter of filter class H11, height: 215mm, type NF-HEPPA-RC. Smoke filter top unit as high-performance after-filter for processing operations running in oil and processes with high smoke generation. Easy mounting by fixing the top unit with quick-acting closures to the device!

EUREVEN® Filter for Recojet 1

Effective separation of finest dust and oil particles that are smaller than 1µm. This filter complies with the required admissible maximum dust transmittance level of 0.5% of the EUREVEN® filter class and is therefore classified into the BIA category M. In terms of common filter classifications, the EUREVEN® filter satisfies the requirements of filter class F9, i.e. this filter can replace in many cases the high-performance bag filters of class F9 and do their work. Typical examples of application are small grinding machines and processing machines using finely atomized oil as cooling lubricant. All REVEN filter systems specified in this operating and maintenance instructions can be cleaned and reused – no throwaway filters! Filter mats of polyester (highly oil and water repellent).
