RECOJET®-1*
Based on decades of experience in the domain of mechanical separation in ventilation
technology, REVEN® has developed the new mechanical separation system RECOJET®-1 in
close cooperation with the industry. Air pollutants and contaminants from oil, emulsions and other fluids
are separated from the ambient air to a very high extent as aerosols. The RECOJET®-1 system has been
designed for smaller processing machines where so-called centrifuges have been used to extract the
oil mists up to now.
The devices are delivered ready for connection with an integrated fan. The stable and torsion-free
housing is made of sheet steel with a lacquer finish in RAL 7035. The service opening on top is fitted
with clip fasteners. Integrated X-Cyclone® high-performance system for particle separation. Aerosols
and liquid particles are mechanically separated by the patented X-Cyclone basic element type RXZ.
In the event of particularly high pollution with oil mist, you can retrofit the device with an optionally
available electrostatic collector top unit or a submicron particulate filter top unit.
