Ultra Cleaner Table - UC T1

In order to ensure cooling and lubrication on processing machines, oil or emulsion is sprayed onto the work pieces. After processing, the operator can remove these fluids from the workpiece directly at the processing machine, along with any chips, with the help of the Ultra Cleaner table and a compressed air pistol. Any pollution of the ambient air can thus be avoided. The unit, which is delivered ready for connection, is designed for direct extraction from the processing surface. Only two connections to the compressed air system are required to make it ready for operation. Alternatively, both connections could be linked with an Y-adapter, if only one compressed air supply is available. The stainless steel housing is stable and torsion-free. It is fitted with a service door to inspect and monitor the liquid level in the collecting pan. The filling level can be controlled visually and a ball cock provides for drain-age of the pan, if necessary.
