Consulting

Our sale-representatives are trying to fit the customers demands and find the most effective solution. We also provide tests of wasching in cooperation with machine suppliers. In case of the interest we are able to deliver the results of the laboratory test of cleanless, according to the current EU standards. Consulting servises are provided not only before buying new machine, but also later on during the operation. In case of new demands in production or extension of the existing machine we make a new solution to fulfil the capacity, cleanless and working of the machine. Our priority is to propose the best solution for the customer which provides the most effective and safe production einvironment.

Sales

After signing the contract or receipt of an order for equipment for washing, degreasing and chip processing, before start of the production, customer receives a drawing with technical supplies. A part of our services is the pre-acceptance at the manufacturer´s company and after installation we do the final acceptance at the factory of the customer (except of oil mist separatores).

Instalation

Our technicians will install and start up all equipments supplied by us. After commissioning of the machine we provide the training for machine operators and also enclose all documentation in the Czech language.

Service

Our company provides warranty and non-warranty services for all equipments supplied by us. We try to respond flexibly to our customers' requirements and our aim is to ensure short reaction time of our technicians and reduce unnecessary delays in their production.

Supply of wear and spare parts

For the entire range of machines we keep on stock most of the spare and wear parts at our warehouse in the Czech Republic close to Brno. We cooperate with transport companies, which are able to deliver goods in a very short time. We do our best to minimalize time for stopping of the machines.
